"Who I'm supporting...
Nick is community. Nick is experienced. Nick is dedicated. Nick is compassionate. Nick shows up.
These are qualities which we should look for in a judge. I have marched with him in Ann Arbor at Black Lives Matter Protests, I have chatted with him at WCDP meetings and events, I have stuffed bags full of masks and supplies with him in Sycamore Meadows, and he answers me when I message or call.
When we were in Sycamore Meadows we had a short conversation I want to share. I thanked Nick for once again showing up in the community and taking care of the community. I told him how I feel like we never know our judges or see our judges in the community; but he is everywhere. Nick smiled and replied to me that I was right and it was an issue that had to be changed. How can I proceed over the community if I don't know the community.
I firmly believe with Nick as our 22nd District County Circuit Judge he will not hide in his chambers instead we will see him in the community and we will be able to talk to him. Additionally, compassion and care for our community is an absolutely necessary and under focused on requirement for judges.
I am thankful for Nick and if you are looking for someone to GOTV for I highly recommend helping this fabulous candidate!
